Impact Spotlight: Community Voices.
Yefon Sui (46, Tatum Village): A radio program taught me a valuable planting technique: check soil moisture by dipping my finger into the soil on the ridge of my farm in five spots before planting. If my finger comes out dry, it's too early. I'm so glad I learned this!
Jali Baleri (51, Ntamnruh): We learned about Guatemala grass—it stays green even in the dry season and helps cows produce more milk. We'll be planting it next season.
